Siamo capitati alla Baita Pontara per caso durante un'escursione, senza prenotazione e ben oltre l'orario di pranzo. I gestori Carlo e Patrizia, nonostante la cucina fosse chiusa, ci hanno preparato un piatto di salumi e formaggi a km 0, buonissimo. Location immersa nel verde, i gestori, gentili e accoglienti, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare i loro piatti!!

Piccola baita, davvero carina, situata in mezzo alla natura, di fronte a distese di prati. Personale gentile. Consiglio la torta amaretti e ricotta...una delizia.

Questo posto ci è piaciuto davvero molto . La struttura, una caratteristica baita di montagna in legno , si trova in località "Contrà Sella", frazione del comune di Tonezza del Cimone . Ci siamo stati qualche tempo fa (anche se l'avevo già frequentato in precedenza) per bere qualcosa di caldo durante la nostra passeggiata pomeridiana in zona. Valutazione piena per quel che concerne la location e l'arredamento interno; appena varcata la soglia, ci si ritrova in una sorta di verandina finestrata munita di camino elettrico , panche in legno e pellicce utilizzate a mo' di cuscini (atmosfera al TOP, specie durante la stagione invernale ). Non da meno il bancone e la saletta più ampia, presso la quale ci siamo infatti accomodati. In breve il gentile responsabile è venuto a raccogliere la nostra ordinazione: un caffè , un cappuccino e cinque cioccolate calde. Tutto buono e servito in tempi brevi, nonostante l'assortimento di prodotti e amari non fosse vastissimo. Quando poi siamo usciti, abbiamo potuto apprezzare il locale suggestivamente illuminato nel buio della sera (vedasi foto allegate ). Ci siamo trovati proprio bene, quindi LO CONSIGLIO .

abbiamo cenato in baita una super cena, risotto ai mirtilli, canederli e delle guancette favolose,innaffiate da ottimi vini..ma soprattutto siamo stati ospitati con molta cordialità e simpatia.. consiglio di provare la cucina fatta con molta professionalità ..un saluto da Beppe.
